Toni Ford, MBA

Treasurer

Toni Ford is a lifelong Chicago native and came up through the Chicago Public School system. After graduating high school her hopes were to pursue a Biology degree then to medical school.

After two and a half years studying Biology, she made the decision to change her major to Business Administration and
enrolled into classes at Robert Morris University in Chicago, Illinois where she obtained the following degrees:

  • 2003-Associate Degree in Business Administration
  • 2005-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Concentration: Management
  • 2007-Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Concentration: Leadership


Toni has been in higher education since 2005. She has experience Financial Aid, Admissions and served as an Academic Dean for more than four years. She has also held positions as a full-time and adjunct faculty.

In her current role as the Sr. Program Development Coordinator at Waubonsee Community College in Illinois, she is responsible for new program development and she also finds time to teach a management course each semester. Her passion for assisting students in reaching their educational and professional goals, improving the students experience at the community college and supporting faculty inside and outside the classroom has become her life’s work.
